This policy explains when and how refunds work on RechargeHub. Because most
transactions are prepaid digital services, refunds are handled automatically
wherever possible.
1. Failed Recharges
If a recharge fails, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet, usually within a few minutes.
The refund appears in your Passbook as "Recharge failed — refund".
If the refund does not appear within 30 minutes, contact us with the transaction details.
2. Pending Recharges
A "pending" recharge is still being confirmed by the operator.
Please do not recharge again — it will either succeed or be refunded automatically.
Pending transactions are usually resolved within a few hours. Our team also verifies them manually.
3. Successful Recharges
A successful recharge cannot be reversed or refunded, as the amount has
already been delivered to the operator. Please double-check the number,
operator, and amount before confirming.
Wrong number: If you recharge the wrong mobile number, we cannot recover
it once the operator has processed it. Always verify before paying.
4. Wallet Top-ups
Money added to your wallet is for use on this platform only and is non-refundable as cash.
If money is deducted from your bank but not credited to your wallet, it is auto-verified and credited, or refunded by your bank/UPI provider (usually within 3–5 working days).
For any top-up dispute, contact us with the UTR / reference number.
